3 Bedroom House with Pool, TV and Sports
My recently remodeled home recently won the Tucson Area Realtor's Award in 1917. The designer kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, a central granite island large enough for three bar stools and ample space for eating as well as food prep. There is also a banquet sized dining table that seats eight comfortably. The kitchen overlooks a living room with museum quality shelves displaying rocks and fossils. There is a 55", wall-mounted smart TV in the living room, as well as a gas fireplace. The living room, kitchen and dining room have expansive views of the Catalina Mountain--Pusch Ridge framed by lush desert vegetation that's home to many birds. The entire backyard has a large covered patio with patio table and chairs, Weber grill, chiminia, a gas ornamental fire feature and water features that attract local birds. All the appliances are almost new including a state of the art washer and dryer. There are two queen size bedrooms and one king size bed.
The master bedroom also has its own gas fireplace, and the master bath has both a soaking tub and tiled shower. There is an additional bathroom for the other two guestrooms. All bedrooms have TV's with Direct TV channels, and the entire home has wireless internet.
We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac, 1/3 of a mile from Riverfront Park that includes lighted tennis courts and a basketball court, play equipment, swings and covered picnic areas; we are 3 miles from the Oro Valley Acquatic Center which has an Olympic sized pool, water slide and splash pad for children. There are abundant public golf courses near-by, the closest being the Oro Valley Country Club which is 1/2 a mile away.
Shopping and restaurants are very close by and access is easy and quick. There are two queen size bedrooms and one king size bed.
